Q: Do you use EO in your incense?

A: No. Crater Blossom incense are completely free of any essential oils.

Q: What if I really want a refill while the shop is in between restocks?

A: Please don't hesitate to send me an email if you're in need while the shop is closed. If I'm able I will always try my best to fulfill a request.

Q: Where do you source your resin from?

A: The resin is acquired through 2 tier indirect sourcing. There is only one step between the farmer and my wholesaler. This resin is sustainably and ethically harvested and a fair trade exchange.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Do you accept trades for products?

A: Absolutely. Just send an email and we can discuss the details.

Q: Are your incense available retail anywhere else?

A: Some. The traditional sized incense are currently available at Regeneration
